Terms of Service

Forged provides AI-assisted resume optimization, a guided resume builder, cover-letter help, and mock-interview practice focused on trades, manufacturing, and technical careers. The tools generate suggestions — they don't make hiring decisions or guarantee outcomes.

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.

• Free: a limited number of scans at no cost, with no card required.
• Quick Pass: a one-time purchase that unlocks full features for a set number of optimizations within a limited access window. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
• Pro (Monthly/Annual):a recurring subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account (Manage subscription); you keep access through the end of the current billing period and aren't charged again after that.
• Institutional: custom plans for schools and programs, governed by a separate agreement.

Prices and plan details are shown at checkout. One-time purchases may be refunded within 7 days if you've used no more than 2 optimizations; Pro subscriptions may be refunded for the most recent billing period if you cancel within 7 days of that charge. To request a refund, email us.

You agree not to:

• Use Forged for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or access controls, or scrape or resell the service.
• Upload content you don't have the right to use.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its security.

You keep ownership of the content you provide (your resume details, work history, and answers). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of your resume. Forged's AI generates suggested wording based on what you tell it. Our tools are designed to avoid inventing facts, but you must review every suggestion and confirm it accurately reflects your real experience, certifications, and history before using it in an application.

ATS scores, keyword matches, and interview feedback are estimates meant to help you improve — not guarantees. Forged does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any specific employment outcome.

Forged is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forged and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Forged at any time and permanently delete your account and its data from your account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
