Forged
For Schools & Programs

We come to you.

Your students can weld a perfect bead, wire a panel, or rebuild an engine — but most of them have never written a resume. We fix that. In person, at your school, working directly with your students.

What we bring to your campus

Resume Workshops

Hands-on sessions where every student leaves with a polished, ATS-ready resume tailored to their trade. We don't lecture — we build resumes together.

Mock Interviews

Real interview practice with real feedback. We run mock interviews based on actual job postings in your students' fields — so they walk in ready, not nervous.

Career Readiness Classes

Full career prep curriculum — from resume writing and interview skills to workplace communication, professional conduct, and navigating the hiring process.

Who's leading the workshops

Michael Graham

Adult Education & Career-Tech Leader

Leads adult education and career-tech programs that get high school students and adult learners into trades and manufacturing careers. Published author. Keynote speaker at ISTE and SREB. Knows what employers actually want to see on a resume — because he works with them every day.

Meghan Brown

16 Years in Education — Teacher, Leader, Coach

Classroom teacher. Instructional facilitator. Teacher leader and coach. Assistant Director of a secondary career center. How a pilot works

From first call to student launch — in about two weeks.

1

Intake call

30-minute call to understand your program, student count, trades focus, and goals. No sales pitch — we confirm Forged is the right fit.

2

Seat provisioning & teacher onboarding

We spin up your instance, add instructor accounts, and walk your faculty through the dashboard. Typically 2–3 days after the intake call.

3

Student rollout

Students get accounts and a short orientation. Optional on-campus workshop for the first cohort. You start seeing resume activity in week one.

4

90-day pilot review

We pull dashboard data, interview a few students, and share a written outcomes report. Decide whether to expand, renew, or wrap the pilot — no lock-in.

Start a conversation.

Tell us about your program and we'll put together a plan that works for your students and your budget.
